Day Requirements for Cleaning
Certain locations may require commercial cleaning on an ongoing maintenance during operating hours to maximize cleanliness and customer perception. We provide a cleaning Porter to maintain the floors, garbage and washroom during the daytime hours.
In some circumstances you may be able to take advantage of a specialized DayClean system where you can possibly reduce costs 20% from a traditional Day Porter by using 'Blocks' of service hours.
A Day Porter typically has the experience and ability to handle multiple types of situations and requirements with the most important being a great can-do attitude: Some of these duties will include:
- Lobby maintenance
- Restroom restocking and sanitation
- Removing trash
- Cleaning communal areas (i.e., kitchens, cafeterias)
- Policing entrances so they are always looking their best
